The store clerk had me to insert my card to complete the transaction. The transaction completed my notification in the debited amount of $44.79 came through as normal but the store clerk told me the transaction didn’t go through, I showed her the notification and also allowed her to hear the automated bank confirm the debit of $44.79. The store clerk said that the system did not print her a receipt out so that there was nothing else that she could do pay for service , and pay money and received nothing in return.

Airiana was the most patient, helpful saintly clerk I have ever worked with. She went above and beyond helping us figure out our sticky situation and successfully getting our packages together and sent out. I truly commend her abilities and patience when dealing with customers. She went above and beyond for my company!

However, Airianci did that for me without me even asking and helped me to repackage my items because she told me the box is not safe enough to hold my items, all with a nice smile. She is a really, really good girl who takes care of customers.
