She measured the piece of equipment to make sure she had a box that would be suitable to it. She also asked some detailed questions on how to pack the piece to ensure it would not be damaged or any pieces lost. I was surprised with the care that was taken and greatly appreciated it.

Walmart stated to me their machine was also broken and couldn't help me. On my way out of the store I read a sign stating to send, print & pick up or something to that nature. So I went into the store to find out I could get the prints done there.
