I asked where my regular representative, Corianna, was who always gets my orders done perfect and will call me for clarification or to let me know that I need to send a better image if it’s too pixelated usually hours before I schedule to pick it up. My order was incomplete by Tracey and she acted like it was my fault. When I told her I attempted to call the store for the past couple of days to check on my order and asked why no one is answering the phone she ignored me entirely. She told me that Corianna completed the order to shift the blame from herself. Corianna was not there to defend herself and I think since I told her she was the representative I was used to and that her customer service has always been exemplary. She again said nothing but rolled her eyes at me. She offered no help then after nearly an hour later, when my print job that should have been done hours earlier was done, she told me she gave me a $2 discount for my troubles. No apology or anything. I go out of my way to come to this location because of the great customer service I have received previously. Tracey is a horrible manager, the whole environment seems toxic and unwelcoming. I won’t be back. I just feel sorry for the staff under this manager’s leadership.

She was patient, friendly and even calmed my spouse who was upset with our mistake. People like Amelia are a gift to any organization they work for. We have had other friends and family comment about working with Amelia and have had the same experience. Thanks Amelia and we will use this fedex office for all future shipping.

- Saturday, February 24, 20241 out of 5Rating 1.0So we came into the store to ship 3 packages, she was on the phone and the only one there, but she continued on the phone call instead of dealing with all the customers that were in the lobby. She continued on the phone for 10 mins and totally ignored all the rest of the customers, I understand that we all have to wait but she could simply have asked the phone caller to hold and simply scanned the packages that took less then a minute to do. Then she tried to get an attitude with me for simply telling her that she should have asked the caller to hold and that would have been more effective and efficient, but the thing that really made me say something was when she hung up with them and continued to stay at the computer and act like we were all gonna sit there and not say anything because she had a whole lobby filled with people. It wasn't only me other customers starting complaining as well at 2pm at the westchester location because she wouldn't give me her name and she is a heavy set white women with tattoos, that was at the westchester location on Saturday February 24, 2024 around 2pm

I brought two of the three items I had to Fedex and I got in line to buy some tape. Tracey asked if the tape was for now or later. I said both. She said that she could help me tape up the packages currently there at no charge. I was really relieved. I bought the tape anyways for home. Then I asked her about the rug I need to return that came in a bag but I no longer had one. She said that when I come in, they will provide me with something. Tracey made this process I had dreaded so much easier. I admit I was in a bad mood because of how much Wayfair charged me to return these items. By the time I left, I was in a great mood and it had to do with the helpful and kind service Tracey gave me at Fedex. My son was really happy to see that the grouchy mom that left several mins ago was back to her happy self when i got home.
