Finally, I had to go in there with the file on a USB That was a hassle but Amelia very nice on the intake. When I went to pick up the next day Tracey told me she had a problem with the equipment in the store so went back to a store she previously worked at in order to have the printed bound copies ready for me by the promised 9 a.m. pick up time. Very impressed and grateful for both ladies.
