- Friday, May 15, 20261 out of 5Rating 1.0I do not know where to begin on how horrible I was treated. Gianna who claimed to be the acting store manager when I asked for one. I’ve been going to that location for over 15 years for my business request blue prints all the time for construction jobs and only the Mechanical pages. So not a big print job at all. She said they would be ready in a bit because I asked for them to be done this one time quickly if possible, so I left the office for lunch and she called me saying there were no m pages but I also included the page numbers. She was very pushy and completely irritated on the phone and I said to her then just print the page numbers as I thought maybe she could not see the page numbers. She said they would be done in 30 minutes. When I arrived 40 minutes later she comes out of the back office chewing her lunch telling me they are not done because I just got back from lunch. And when I asked her how long she said that she’ll call me and let me know. I reiterated that I need them today and she said I’ll let you know. So I had to leave and return later which was inconvenient to me. After receiving an email saying they were ready I went to pick up the girl behind the counter was very slow could not find my prints and seemed very lost behind the computer. Which is never the case until this new staffing I’ve dealt with. That evening my manager opened the prints and they were the wrong pages. I resent the next day to print the correct pages and I was spoken to very rudely I asked nicely to speak to the manager and I was ignored and again trouble finding the prints from the same employee that struggles behind the computer and was giving me a bit of an attitude because I asked if there is anything they could do on the price as it was mix up in communications and as a one time courtesy to a long standing customer I was immediately rejected. With no explanation and ignored again after asking to speak to the manager. While GIANNA stood there in the background blurting out that it was not her fault and you have to pay full price which was $60 so I paid over $120 because of a miscommunication and honestly I did not deserve that treatment because obviously Gianna can’t handle the stress of doing her daily job duties with out taking out her frustration on her customers. She should fired and put into a non customer facing job. This is unacceptable and I’m taking my business to another printing place based on the customer service I received with the crew there in WillowBrook. especially Gianna!
