    The visit to the store was great. However, I paid $66.95 for a service I was not provided. My package which was an earnest check for property we are purchasing did not arrive to the realtor office as guaranteed. Funny enough, Fed Ex said it was. A person by C Woods apparently signed for the package at 10:18 on Monday, October 6th. No one by the name of C Woods works at my realtor office nor did they ever receive a fed ex package on Monday. This is fraudulent. My realtor went to all the surrounding offices an NO ONE received the package. NO ONE! Funny enough, she text me this morning (October 7th) that was left at their door. I paid to have someone sign for it. No one at the realtor office was asked to sign for it because guess what - the driver maybe?? - signed for it yesterday duking me to think it was delivered. Does Fed Ex believe its customers are stupid? After many conversations, I have learned that this is a common occurrence. I will never use Fed Ex again. I asked a customer service representative to help me with a refund and they told me I could go look it up on my own how to get a money back guarantee claim form. That was a failed search. Never did find it. Customers are being lied to and manipulated by Fed Ex. It's theft. It's fraud. The tracking number was 884886292991 if anyone at Fed Ex actually cares and would like to help me with a refund because I paid for the package to be there by 10:30 am CT on October 6th and it was not. I have the text messages from my realtor to prove it. Again, this was an earnest check attached to a contract and was extremely important. Fed Ex could have cared less. I wish you all the best when you choose to ship important documents. I'd suggest not using your own company. Completely disappointed. Many of the same experiences all over Google. Do better. Start by being honest.

    My order had to be completely redone. Then when I came to pick it up it was still not right. When I called to find out what the problem with my order was the person I talked to complained that she was too busy and also inferred that the mistake was my fault.
