    Almost everything was wrong. One part of my order had to be redone 3 times, and the rest was just printed incorrectly. The attention to detail was horrendous. People were moving to fast, the office was understaffed and the systems the office was using to deal with the different people and challenges were rudimentary. For example, a person wrote down the job and then the person working on the project didn’t have that paper.

    I was unable to print off the website because the FedEx system wasn’t working. Derrick was able to find the company acct number and link it, otherwise I would have had to pay the additional costs out of pocket.

    I arrived on Friday the 17th of May at approximately 1115am for a small ($78) print job. The lady who helped me (wore an assistant manager badge)was very nice. She asked me when I needed it, and I said if I could pick it up that day, I would appreciate it. She said she had a bunch of jobs lined up, but could probably have mine done by 5. I went back that evening, and the man who helped me (also wearing an assistant manager badge) brought my completed print job-in its bag over to me and said if I wanted to take it home it would be an additional $17 for a rush order. There was no “rush order”. The job was completed, the woman who took my order mentioned nothing about a same day surcharge, and I was in disbelief as to how I was being treated. I asked when they would be open the next day, was told 9am, and said I’d see them tomorrow. So Saturday morning I go back right at the shop opened, the same man who was so rude the day previous was there, he said nothing to me as I waited at the counter to be helped, and eventually came up to me, dropped a bag in front of me and walked away. I opened the bag to look at the order, confirming it was mine, I left. Absolutely ZERO percent of his behavior was warranted. The ridiculous ransom he attempted to excise was not necessary. If the woman made a mistake in not charging or telling me about a fee, eat it for the sake of good customer service. I’m still absolutely livid about how that man chose to do business with me that day.

    I received a last-minute client request. Had very little time to figure out the store process and was very stressed by it given my already busy schedule. Ken responded to my store email quickly and then we spoke on the phone a few times so he could help me figure out a quick and budget friendly solution! I also appreciated the call later letting me know the order was ready.
