We arrived at FedEx with a photo to blow up for my mother’s funeral. Nick had so much patience and compassion walking us through the scanning process and gave us honest feedback on what would work best for what we needed. During such a difficult and emotional time for us, Nick was a godsend because not only did he work quickly and efficiently to make sure our mother’s picture was printed in time, he made sure the quality was up to par and stayed in regular communication with updates on the project. On top of everything, he was extremely kind. All interactions were so genuine compared to the average customer service experience. Thank you again for helping us honor our mother!
