    I placed an order via email as I do multiple times a week at you carmel, indiana location. This specific order had a QR code on the print job. It was a front and back piece. I paid for the job and went to go cut them and realized that the spot where the QR code was... was just a completely blank white square. When I look at the file on my end it does show the QR code... so I went back and waited in no line but still takes 10 minutes for any employee to notice your existence.. finally was acknowledged & the gentlemen pulled up my order & zoomed in and saw some "gray" but not black like it looks on my end. This particular job was for an event I was hosting that evening so I pivoted and came up with plan B. Today I went back in & picked up another different order I had placed & asked the same gentleman if there was anything he (you) could do about not getting the order I placed... he very shortly shut me down real quick. It's disappointing as much as I use this business that no credit or any reimbursement could even be considered. I promise you I am not "a Karen" & honestly never complain but as a business thought you maybe want to know- I think it's kinda a *** policy. Maybe a red flag would be when something says "scan here!" & it's totally blank.. something may be incorrect. Just makes me sad customer service seems to be a thing of the past. Thanks for listening.

    Almost everything was wrong. One part of my order had to be redone 3 times, and the rest was just printed incorrectly. The attention to detail was horrendous. People were moving to fast, the office was understaffed and the systems the office was using to deal with the different people and challenges were rudimentary. For example, a person wrote down the job and then the person working on the project didn’t have that paper.

    I was unable to print off the website because the FedEx system wasn’t working. Derrick was able to find the company acct number and link it, otherwise I would have had to pay the additional costs out of pocket.
