    The estimated time of delivery was off. If things are taking longer than advertised, it would be good to know that ahead of time. I was promised next day by 5pm delivery but it wasn't delivered until the 2nd day by 11am.

    I came over to get another order besides the one I just ordered and my first order was ready, but I had to open each box to inspect the manuals and then also to count them so I had the right number. There was no paperwork to show me that no any labeling on the boxes to help me find which box was in I typically did that there was no real staff. The staff was busy doing other things.

    While my order was likely ready when communicated, I never received notification that the order was actually done. The person assisting me said I would receive a call or text. Because the computers to s he duke print jobs are in the back for employees only, it was difficult for me to attempt to remember the names of the files indexed printed since there were multiple similar files on the thumb drive I provided. I got lucky this time but it made the process much more difficult than it should have been.

    I called earlier in the day and explained I had an urgent matter come up. The team said as long as I got there by 8, they would be able to help. I showed up as early as I could, 7:30, and nick jumped right in to help me immediately, no questions about it being close to closing time. I communicated I had an urgent need and Nick said we are here to help. Nick and his team worked to get things going, made excellent recommendations, and worked quickly to get the project done. 10 stars!
