I paid for expedited delivery. Supposed to be delivered Monday the 1st by 9:30am. Wasn’t delivered until Tuesday the 2d at 11:30am. When I went into the store Tuesday morning to check on the status all they did was highlight the 800 number, said they couldn’t help.

There was one customer ahead of me by the person who was taking care of her was obnoxiously slow (didn't really move at normal pace). The person who took care me was great.

I arrived. Someone was ahead of me. That person was helped. When it was my term, the white guy with the longer hair he was frustrated and he did not give me a welcome invite as if he wanted to help me. He more so gave me the vibe that he was rushing and wanted to move on to the next thing that I was not important to him and that he had other important things to do besides helping me. He was trying to push me off to some Self QR code scan that I can go somewhere and print off my items myself when I told him that I did not prefer that he made the statement that he does not understand what’s wrong with people and why they are so against helping themselves. The Hispanic guy I assume came in a little after and he was super helpful. He did not treat me as if he did not want to help me. He asked me what did I need and he politely just proceeded with what originally should’ve happened. The white guy he made the statement that should everyone else wait on me because there were two other people, a female in a male behind me. And I said well I waited on someone everyone has to wait and if you push me to the side then I’m still gonna have to wait. Because of this start process, this is why I say that I felt like I was not important to this gentleman, including the fact that he had a visible attitude.

My order was rang up incorrectly and the assistant manager came over to assist his employee. However, when I tried to engage him or ask what was going on (it was taking him a minute to fix the billing), he ignored me outright. I followed up with a simple “hello?” And he continued to ignore me while I was standing only a few feet away. He was rude.

I was disappointed I couldn’t do the print job myself on the copy machine. It would not let me reduce the image size, only enlarge it. Then I was told I could submit my job on line which I tried but was impossible with the selections available. So back to FedEx to submit the job. Last trip was to pick job up.

Clerk was very rude and insisted envelope was not prepaid which according to the sender it was . When entering the store could not clearly tell if there was an area for receiving and one for sending so I approached the sending area and was told rather loudly that there was only one line. Not happy with the experience!

When there is a single worker. Probably be good to have a sign stating this desk is closed. Felt bad for the person needing to hop from one line to the next.

They provided no tracking number and the law office, where it was delivered, kept asking me for one because they couldn’t locate it. Until we could find documentation that it was delivered and who signed for it…. I almost could not close on a condo I was selling. Will ASK for a tracking number if I have to use you again.

Store visit was fine. FedEx is not my first choice because it’s always the most expensive option, HOWEVER, the only store open on Sunday.

We had programs printed and they were not folded evenly. Printing was great. This was the only disappointing issue.
