    The print job was very large, with multiple documents in multiple files. When I received it and took it to my office, I found that the pages were entirely out of order. I could not find one single document that was all together, and we spent an hour trying to piece together a couple of documents, only to be incredibly frustrated. I called and was told that all I had to do was switch from column to column within the box, but that was not true. It was as if the paper had been shuffled like a deck of cards. I was told it would be three days before the print job could be run again because the store had no paper. I asked the assistant manager to call other stores in Indianapolis to find one that could run it sooner, and she said she would, but I never heard from her after that. I took the files to Staples, and they printed them in two days, with every file labeled and separately packaged. I returned the paper to the FedEx store and when the counter person said they would get Bo for me, she instead walked out the front door. Another assistant manager came out and initially ignored me but finally addressed the problem. His advice was to put all documents in one file, but also said that a file with fifteen documents would come out like my print job had come out. I don’t know what he expected me to do or say in response, but I insisted on a refund and after some hesitation, he issued the refund to me. I lost two days on a critical project because of the failure of the store to correctly print the documents.

    The person who helped me print was courteous and nice but when i went to pick up my order there was a supervisor who was extremely rude, we asked a question and she instead of answering it professionally gave us sarcastic rude remarks. I didn’t want to escalade the situation so i brushed it off. Is this how Fedex trains their staff for customer service? Please advise your staff to be professional and be able to answer any questions.

    Michelle has been super helpful to me over last few days shipping multiple small orders out to my employees for nurses' week. I had a lot of shipments and she was kind and pleasant every time I came in. Tim and Mike and the Manager were helpful the other visits I had as well. It was a pain to ship all those boxes but I really appreciated their support and willingness to get it done for the nurses!

    A week or so ago, we stopped in and talked to Jordan about a printing need. He was very cordial and explained the situation what was needed in the costs. He seemed very nice and explained this project very well. We had more research to do so we got his name and said we’ll be back when we arrived Sunday afternoon. The store was virtually empty, except Jordan and one other coworker behind the counter, we told him we were back to have our items printed and that we had talked to him before. He was very rude and said I help a lot of people I don’t remember you we were shocked. Even if he didn’t remember us, he could’ve addressed that much nicer. It wasn’t a big project, but it was $65. Going forward I have to say I will go somewhere else.

    Worst experience of my life. The girl was so rude it was disgusting. I walked out of fed ex feeling robbed and violated. I’ll probably never use fed ex again if I can avoid it. Feel free to call 317-777-5247 is my number.

    I called ahead to see if they could accommodate my request to blow-up and mount a photo for my dad’s funeral. Haven was ready when I arrived and was extremely helpful. She wanted the best quality outcome and worked hard to achieve this. She was also compassionate about my situation.

    The clerk told me I couldn't ship it with ordinary packing paper wrapped around the outside of the package. She told me I had to wrap the entire box in tape or repack it, or it couldn't be shipped. It was a tedious task, it would make it difficult for recipient to open, and two more people got in line in front of me while wrapping it. A mere month before I shipped a box in packing paper from same branch, no problem. Delivery required a signature, my branch told me it was delivered yesterday, and my family member did not receive it. The first clerk was rude with no car skills, the clerk who verified delivery offered very little assistance or information regarding the location of my shipment.

    I came in to the branch 30 minutes before closing and I needed four pieces of paper printed. It was extremely straightforward. There was no one else in the store. All three employees were standing at the desk doing nothing. They told me the policy was 24 hours. They could not print my order because they have a 24 hour due date policy. And they told me they were 30 minutes from close. I said it’s four pieces of paper. They had the files. They refused to print the order based on policy. I had to wait 24 hours to receive my order. This is an absolutely ridiculous policy. I can understand if it were a big order. Again, it was four pieces of paper.

    I paid for expedited delivery. Supposed to be delivered Monday the 1st by 9:30am. Wasn’t delivered until Tuesday the 2d at 11:30am. When I went into the store Tuesday morning to check on the status all they did was highlight the 800 number, said they couldn’t help.
