The staff on Monday evening (4/15) went well out of their way to take care of my company's shipping needs for an upcoming conference out of town.

The two men who were closing the store on Monday evening, 4/15 were extremely helpful

Timya assisted me today and was truly a pleasure to work with. The center was extremely busy and at the time she was the only staff person available. The way in which she cared for the customers you would not have even known it. She was truly a customer service advocate.

This is the second time that I have utilized your location to print customized proposals. Each time your location has had difficulty locating the final print job. First time - didn't find and second time it took forever to locate even though I had just called and confirmed that it was finished and ready for pickup. Additionally, when trying to call on the morning of the last order being placed the phones were not answered until 1:30pm as I attempted to call multiple times between 9am and 1:30pm.

Timya was so very helpful and courteous. She was very mindful of my instructions and offered to provide assistance. I truly am amazed at how well she followed my directions given her.

I would like to commend the manager at that store. While visiting another gentleman was rude to an employee. The employee tried to assist him with printing a poster. The employee while standing near the printer, provided clear instructions. When the attempt fail, the employee instructed the customer he need to authorize $24 vs $10. This comment upset the customer. He commented "you see I dont' know what I'm doing." The employee indicated she was trying to help him. The customer gather his stuff and attempted to walk away. But instead of leaving he went to the counter, walking past the employee, asking "where the manager of this place." He then walked to the next employee, waited in line and asked for a manager. When the manager arrived, the customer point his finger at the employee who attempted to help him and "that employee right there needs training." the manager offered to assist him. the customer repeated his comment continuing to point at your employee. The customer indicated he had been coming to this location for years. Again the manager offered assistance. the customer picked up it item and began walking out the door. In doing so, he muttered something. While I could not hear it, the manager did. The manager promptly replied "Sir, you are no longer welcomed in this store. That was a racial slur and it will not be tolerated here." Kudos to the manager for his demeanor, offering assistance, supporting his employee and taking a stance.

Young black girl who waited on me didn’t greet me other than to say put your package on counter chewing on gum while covering her mouth with her hand I didn’t see her measure box she didn’t offer any different delivery options other to tell me the cheapest which I believe was more than the cheapest I told her when I handed her my license that the return address on the box was correct the license was not she proceeded to put the wrong address in twice she handed my receipt to me I didn’t get a thank you or anything I’ve never had any problems here before but she was very unprofessional and treated me like I was being a bother
