    The entire staff on the night shift when I put the request in was very helpful and accommodating. They made me feel confident that I was going to receive the product that I was requesting and offered me alternatives as a solution to my request. The final product was exactly what I wanted. Which saved me a lot of time and effort if I had to do this manually.

    I sent a visa gift card! Your team member placed it in the FedEx envelope! The person I sent it to stated a purchase had been made on the card and there was only .53 remaining on the card! It is obvious what happened, and what your team member did! I certainly considered Fedex a reputable company! It’s an outrage that one of your staff would do something like that! What recourse do I have! I remember the employee and would be able to identify her! Do you have cameras!

    Laminated expensive posters using matte laminations when I asked for gloss. Laminations were bubbled on the matte side as a result.

    Originally, my order was placed and I got a voicemail that it was ready. I picked it up in Thursday because my other order wasn’t ready until then and I only wanted to have to make one to. I picked up the order on Thursday and it took several minutes to find. I had to pull up the voicemail and everything. Then when I got home, it was printed incorrectly. There were blank pages inside because the person printed the sample. On Friday, we called back at 9am to see about having it corrected. No one got back to us until 3 pm and even though files are supposed be kept, we had to send another copy of the original. Then when I picked up the supposedly corrected copies, the pages were out of order. I asked about some type of compensation or discount for my inconvenience and the person said they would call it even, as if I should pay for blank pages that your representative printed incorrectly. They also said the file that was sent was incorrect when that wasn’t true. My first order was approximately $1400, my second one was over $70 and my last order was about $50. So I hand spent over $1500 with your store in the last month. If this is the kind of treatment I can expect going forward then I will not patronizing your establishment for any of my further printing needs.

    The FedEx team member that helped me was a very kind and efficient woman. She wears glasses (clear frames), has long braids, and has light brown skin. I appreciated her excellent customer service and enthusiastic willingness to assist with several packages that had long complicated addresses. I feel she went above and beyond her call of duty! I wish that my receipt has her name on it.
