I needed to be on a conference call on my headset, at the same time I was printing this, in order to make it to the airport on time. The last three or four times I have worked with Fed Ex, Joey has been the one to help, and he has made the experience amazing! You can tell he genuinely takes interest in customers and does an excellent job. He is personable and kind. Leaving fed ex I have felt grateful to this store to be so close to my house and excited to continue working with them!

Alex helped me right away and got my label printed, processed my shipments, and even taped the boxes himself. I always seem to struggle shipping things, so it was nice to have some guidance and assistance.
