    ***! I was having trouble getting the indirect signature on my delivery. I couldn't get it to work online and I saw online I needed a doortag to put on my door and could sign it for the driver tomorrow. I called the store and needed help. Kim answered and saved the day for me! They are not online, she waited until a driver came into the location and got one for me! Texted me and I picked it up after work!! It wasn't even her job and she took the time out to get it for me to help me out! Who does that anymore!! KIM DOES! Thank you!

    The woman that assisted me (older, glasses, white hair) was rude and unwelcoming. She took an especially long time to simply scan the code that I had on my phone for an item I was returning via a retailer that uses your shipping services. She proceeded to tell me that you do not offer packaging services when it was packaged in the package that the retailer sent it to me in and she said well that’s at your risk then, when I explained to her, this was the package I received in. Which I’m sorry, but that sheds a poor light on FedEx as though she was saying that I had to package it extra securely as to not have damage done to a clothing item. I just won’t go to this location again. It took way too long for the scan a code and drop off a package - with UPS as long as you don’t have to wait in line they get their scanner out ready to go scan it take the package and say thank you and ask if you need a receipt this was not that. I had to sit there and watch her type endlessly and I don’t know what she was typing before she even asked to scan my phone.

    Brandon was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I've worked with print vendors for over a decade from large to small, and even worked at a print shop for four years at the beginning of my career. I can not applaud his service highly enough. He is a star among your team and should be extremely highly valued. He did wonderful work!

    I had a Walmart return that Walmart didn’t take. I came to FedEx and the clerk Kim helped me to start the return and print out the label so I can get my money back. They are always so nice and helpful here! Kim knew exactly how to do my return on my phone.

    Beverly was the only associate on duty and while handling multiple customers was able to overcome several technical problems and complete a very large order for me keeping my project on time. She is a great asset to your Fedex staff!

    I had sent the wrong file attached to my email. I have to drive an hour round trip to pick up my printing. Without any additional software, Ms. Monroy was able to reformat and print my items in the correct size, etc. It was an amazing example of the great staff at this location. A shout out to all!!
