I believe the one who had less seniority was incredibly helpful regrettably I can’t recall his name. I am willing to return to this FedEx facility to get their names so that both of them receive credit for the extraordinary quality of service they provided.

I was concerned that with the vacuum tubes and electrical circuitry it would be damaged in transit!! Your employee Nick assured me that he would pack it well, and DID HE EVER!! It arrived in perfect condition!! He did an excellent job of packing this for me, and went WAY out of his way to make absolutely sure it arrived just perfect!!! THANK YOU NICK!!! Great service from your employee!!!!!! WONDER JOB!!!

A plus rating for this employee !

My dad passed this last March and I came back to your location because of the previous great service. The gal who helped me did not disappoint. Melissa hung in there, re-doing the task until it was exactly right and she was also authentically pleasant the whole time, not just pro forma "nice", but a real person who cared about her work and how I felt about the special printing job that was for a family event.

I came in to get a simple photo printed on paper. The process is overly convoluted to say the least. The staff doesn't want to assist you with anything. They only repeat useless information that prevents them from working. I hate this store!
