Her coworker though, should be embarrassed by the way he was behaving. Not once did he offer assistance to speed the process up and was on the phone with another coworker complaining about how he wasn't complaining. He was loud, rude, and made everyone feel uncomfortable. I get it, we all have bad days, but his negative outlook was not what I expected when I walked into the store. Luckily, you have Miranda saving the day and trying her hardest to keep everyone moving along with a smile on her face.
