In spite of all the technical failures, Graham was calm, efficient and saw that everyone’s needs were taken care of. He was so kind and attentive. I honestly am not sure how he managed to keep everything going but he did! I have been using this location for about a year now and have had exceptional customer service. I really appreciate Graham and the rest of the team. They seem to really work well together.

I took my business to the 8829 Metcalf Ave, Overland Park KS location. TOTALLY different experience! The store clerk, Natile was VERY Professional and Polite! She is 100% better than the clerk at the College Blvd & Metcalf Ave Overland Park KS location! Natile deserves to be recognized for her superior customer service!!

Have been to this location countless times, and she is always helpful, kind, cheerful, and unfettered, even if there is a line of people. Actually, all of your people there are excellent. As an employer myself, I know how hard it is to find good help. Whoever does the hiring there, keep up the good work!

I was able to email what I needed printed and Shae took care of it quickly. I will definitely go back. I usually go to FedEx on State Line, but will be coming back to this store!
