    I have gotten excellent "care" from you male employee who explains things to me and corrects any possible mistakes I've made in the addressing. I send gifts to a collector friend to New Zealand and he is careful and detailed about making sure everything has been done properly. So good to see employees who are friendly, well-trained, and easily approachable.

    My brother was visiting from Ohio & I was showing him a genealogy book printed in 1984. Since he was not aware of it, I told him that we needed to go to FedEx office and get the book copied. My brother was not even aware that FedEx had the services at their stores. My brother went in with me and wanted to stay while they printed the book, and I explained that we would have to leave the book because there were over 330 pages. Bless the young lady who helped us on Friday because my brother was wanting to make sure how important this documented family history was and that we could not replace it. She was so kind and helped figure out the best way to get the book scanned and bound and back to us by 5 PM on Saturday. We had checked on possibly having the scan placed on a USB drive but determined that that would probably be costly in addition to the three books printed that we needed. On Saturday before 11:30 AM I received a phone call from the FedEx staff (I think his name was Tom?). I was informed the printing was completed and ready for pick up. I double checked to see if the scan was still available on the FedEx computer Because I was still trying to figure out if I could afford to have it on you USB for my Family members in other states. The staff member assured me that it was still available and if I brought in my own USB drive, he could download it easily and gave me a small discount so that I could afford this service as well. I have visited this specific FedEx office on other occasions for much simpler services and always left a satisfied customer. However, this time I think the Saturday staff person and told them I really appreciated how well the young lady on Friday handled all of our questions and as a family, we are very appreciative of the services provided.
