    FedEx team member that helped ship the package was excellent, but you broke the package that I was shipping and you shipped it back to my sending address and it has caused a huge problem here in Florida

    Hi , there were two young Ladies . They were so helpful. I made a couple mistakes I made on address . The insisted I read the address until it was perfect. I arrived at the facility on Mercer Rd in Lexington KY. Around 4- 4:30. My daughter was in Texas leaving for Puerto Rico her real ID and bank card were with me. So it was very important she received them the next day. Your team went above the call of duty without losing their cool. They were AWESOME ! I made a few mistakes but they corrected them . My daughter received her real ID and bank card on time. She is in Puerto Rico now. Thanks Fed ex team . !!!!! C. Phoenix Pearson
