I arrived at the facility on Mercer Rd in Lexington KY. Around 4- 4:30. My daughter was in Texas leaving for Puerto Rico her real ID and bank card were with me. So it was very important she received them the next day. Your team went above the call of duty without losing their cool. They were AWESOME ! I made a few mistakes but they corrected them .
