She had received the order and gave me options to choose from. She was very patient and even after I submitted my order, she called to make sure that it was what I wanted because the picture was distorted. The customer service was above and beyond what some other printing services would do. We are never disappointed with the customer service that we receive. Whenever we come to pick up an order, Amphone remembers us and calls us by name. She is always smiling and very personable. I highly recommend you use College Drive location in Baton Rouge for all your printing needs. Everyone is so helpful and the product does not disappoint.

She explained what was needed and made suggestions on things that we could do to make things better. We were very satisfied and even decided to make an additional order of business cards (which we hadn't planned on doing that day). She walked us through each step and we placed our order. The next day when we returned to pick up our original order, the business cards were not ready because of the way that I had submitted the order. She said that she would look into it and call us when the business cards were ready. We received a call from about 20 minutes later stating that she had found the problem and that she was printing them now if we wanted to come get them. We were so grateful because we lived thirty minutes away and this saved us an unneccesary trip back to the store. She were above and beyond what was expected. I would give her five stars and will definitely return when we need other services that are offered. Definitely will recommend to others. If you need services offered by FedEx and are close to College Drive, drop by and see Amphone H.
