    I called in with some questions and Buddy answered all of my questions. He was very polite and extremely helpful. I went into the store and he helped me with my order. The obituaries for my grandmother’s funeral came out perfect. Thanks to Buddy and his team for making this such an easy and seamless process during such a difficult time. I greatly appreciate his time, patience and kindness.

    I went for a print job for thank you cards. I asked for the price and the team member said that he would have to get back to me on the price, and that it wouldn’t be much since the items were 4 on a page. When I went to pick up the cards, I was charged several additional fees that were not told to me prior to me accepting the job. If I would have been informed prior, I would not have agreed to utilize FedEx for printing. I was highly disappointed. The original amount on the receipt before additional fees added was about $23. The additional fees made the total $55. I will not be using FedEx again as those hidden fees for printing are ridiculous.

    I was not given an estimate, and the job ended up being way bigger and more inexpensive than I could afford. This created quite a kerfuffle with the team. A simple fix is having customers get a price prior to completion of the job in the end the manager stepped in, and we came to an agreement that I would pay for the paper. He was very professional and handled it to my satisfaction. The system is just a little antiquated and needs adjustments.
