I have used FedEx many times back home in California but I was absolutely blown away by the customer service, response time, knowledge, interactions, and overall experience of this store. It makes me want to drop ship this store to San Diego for a training event. Absolutely the best store I have ever had the privilege of utilizing. It made being a traveler and having to do business there flawless and stress free. Whatever this store is doing should be the standards FBA process for all stores nation wide. They are obviously reading some form of EOS or Traction and applying it daily, team work, attitude and customer service. I was truly grateful for their southern hospitality.
