And the it was approved at drop off. After my first trip to pick up was unsuccessful, they said they would call me when it was ready. They never called. I had to call to find out if it was ready for pick up.

Nick didn't bat an eye & helped me through the process without feeling rushed or that it was definitely time for him to get off. I am pleased that that level of customer service still exists. Brie spent a full 30 minutes helping me with print items I need for a presentation with my RSVP. Brie even made suggestions to improve the signs and papers I needed printed. I was very impressed with the store, staff, and service. I will definitely return to this location.

Katrina was very welcoming in the store, and Danielle was helpful and knowledgeable about helping us choose the right way to send our packages. We visited this location due to the larger variety of shipping materials available, and will be back.

I paid almost $200 to ship a package to HK and was planning to utilize one of your prepaid boxes. She got an attitude with me when I asked if she could add some filling as the content were loose inside the box. When I asked if it would fit in a smaller box, she said, ‘do you want to pay for that’. This is horrible customer service.

He came through ! Not only he was patience with what we were asking for , he went above and beyond to ensure we get our pictures in a timely matter. By far the best experience we ever had.
