I have used FedEx shipping many times and each time has caused me problems. I visit my local FedEx location and request a shipping quote. They verbally tell me. They refuse to put it in writing. I go back the same day and the quote is always different than the first quote. And always higher in value than the first quote. This is ridiculous and your business should change its practices to prevent this from happening.

Lady visit after copies made and ready to put books together with pictures for my family reunion, the copies were the worst! Nothing like the scanned copies and my originals. Copies very light and could hardly make out, lucky I had my originals with me. Quality horrific! But the lady made me some more copies which were much better. Had 90 books to bind. Oh and my color card stock front cover had a long black streak! Recopied. After 3 hours putting together for binding it took about 30 minutes for someone to check me out. I left the books on the counter for binding and hopefully that'll be good!!!
