    I arrived at the store and there was only one customer but about 5 employees. 3 employees were at "customer service" stations, and two others having a conversation amongst themselves. None of 5 employees could be bothered to take care of the incoming customers. After waiting, I tried to get the attention of one of them who was not very nice saying "someone will be with you" as they directed me to another counter. I went to the other counter and got the same answer. Employees too busy with themselves so as to be bothered with actual customers. I needed attention, so waited, reluctantly, until someone felt like taking care of a customer. The person who first was going take care of me decided to say the "system wasn't working" which turned out that what was going on was they didn't understand the system for what I needed. So, a second person who did, took over reluctantly and with a horrible attitude as if feeling upset that they had to interrupt their phone conversation to take care of a client. It took them longer than it should to give me answers about my options and reversed the process like three times before finally doing what was needed. Unfortunately this was my experience at this fedex office and it completely left me with NO desire to transact with this office again. I hope that me taking the time to write this makes people in this office get a grip. The purpose of a business is to take care of customers. Trampling on them is no way to do business.

    It was great and super helpful. I went out of my way to come to this office after UPS was rude and super expensive and I’m so glad I did because the associate was so nice and helpful

    My electronic driver's license was not accepted despite state law that it should be. This is quite irritating. Even TSA (government) has begun accepting an electronic license.

    I was helped by two people - they even gave me the options and the price. They were accommodating as I had to go back to my car to pick up the next stuff to be mailed… the delivery was also prompt. Am glad I used fedex

    Nothing to add. I email my files to be printed, and after checking the price with me, the staff prints them out and has them ready.

    The store visit was excellent but I was highly disappointed that I paid over 50.00 to have my enveloped delivered the next day and it was delayed until the following day
