    when our packages are out for deliver and it says fragile, please! please! Make sure it gets delivered in one piecew and box isnt extremly damaged. and we paid 100.00 for insurance to make sure it gets delivered in one piece. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed that the gift I got for my girl came broken..

    Self Service was overall, a good experience. I was surprised I needed to staple the copies myself, though. The assistance I needed was in a team member locating and printing the receipt. I missed my opportunity to produce a receipt while manually stapling the copies as they were produced. Anyway, I'm thankful for the assistance received and appreciated the ability to print fairly easily on demand.

    I came to Matthew with an exceptional ask: 11k pages of printing due the next day. He pulled it off in about 5 business hours. I don't know how, but he saved the day! I couldn't be happier.

    This was by far the most pleasant experience I've had with any FedEx store. Let alone a FedEx attached to a hotel property. The employees are some of the nicest, patient, and knowledgeable staff I've met. Nothing felt rushed and I felt valued as a customer. The manager has done an incredible job hiring this staff. I wish I could give the medallion pin to each and every one - or just the whole team in general. They all deserve it. Incredible job, all of you. Thank you for making this tedious task of shipping so effortless.
