    I used the self-pack large box. I was a bit surprised that in addition to the normal weight fee, there was a substantial service fee as well. the combined fees made the mailing too high to be reasonable.

    Maybe follow directions better! As I had carefully packed your FedEx box, with your bubble wrap plus clothing around 4 pieces of glassware of which 1 came broken. I had indicated to the clerk the contents and to mark it Fragile. That never happened! No markings or labels.

    The service from your Nola Marriott Canal St. branch was great. (6/6/25) It took longer than 10 minutes to help but that’s because they answered all my questions and supported my requests beautifully. The employees at that location, on that date in the morning, were terrific. Thank you

    On the morning of May 7, the woman who assisted me was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was clearly handling a lot, but still gave thoughtful attention to the details of my project and managed to complete it within just a few hours. I'm extremely grateful for her professionalism and care.

    It cost considerably more than I expected to send some small artworks. I know this is separate but the delivery left the package out in plain sight when they could’ve taken two more steps and placed it on the front porch, mostly out of sight.

    Christina was extraordinarily helpful and very friendly. She showed me how to use the printer, and she helped with a package sent to the hotel via USPS that did not show up in time. I called her once I returned home, as she suggested, and I was able to ship it back to myself with her help. She is an outstanding employee for FedEx. Others in the room agreed with me when I told her that I had never had such an empathetic, professional, quality experience at any other hotel Business Office while travelling on business. She should be rewarded for the care she shows to her customers.

    Don’t remember the name but what a great team member. Solved all the doubts, was attentive, super polite.

    The teammate needed assistance on areas that she wasn’t familiar with such as applying discounts. She did make a call to an off-site teammate who walked her through the steps over the phone. They figured it out together and were able to apply and ship my package.

    The disappointment stems from conflicting messages regarding delivery. I'm told one date. Then I am told there's a delay and given another delivery date. Then delivery ends up happening on the originally-designated day.
