    Sadly, I cannot remember the name of the worker who helped me (she would have been working on 11/12/2024 around 5:00 PM CT), but she was fantastic. She made the best recommendations and ensured my paperwork reached its final destination. She was a great conversationalist and I felt beyond satisfied when I left.

    I was immediately greeted with a friendly hello and Natasha asked how she could help. Natasha and her team have created a uniquely kind, helpful and efficient environment. I heard her speak the same to other customers and help them with the same enthusiasm that she had for me. Extremely pleasant service and I will continue to recommend their services to friends.

    The wrong zip code was entered by the clerk pre populating to Memphis instead of Chattanooga. Full disclosure I missed it in the confirmation. I called customer service that evening and tried to get the address corrected. I was told I had to go to the location that shipped it for me. They were closed so I went the following morning. I was then told I had to contact customer service. It was a frustrating process but eventually corrected.

    I made a lot of copies and the lady stood there with me to make sure I didn’t have trouble. Then she mailed a copy for me. She was top-notch, very helpful. I wish I could remember her name.

    As I was placing my order for a sign, I mentioned to the employee that I saw a few different sizes to choose from on your website. Their response was “We know how to order it ma’am”. When I picked up the sign, I asked if I could leave the box there that it was shipped it. Employee’s response, “Probably not”. And it wasn’t said nicely either. This is while other customers stood in line & were listening. I’ve been to this location several times & have always been treated very well & employees were very helpful. If this continues, my business will be taken elsewhere.

    Several of the employees there are kind and attentive when I’m shipping a package. However, there are probably more who make me feel like I’m imposing on them when they have to wait on me. The very last time I came in was to make copies. I had one talk to me as though I was stupid when I didn’t know which trays in the copier were for what paper and which to open so the machine would pull from the correct tray. How would I possibly know? When I leave there, I often feel bruised. Unfortunately, the bad experiences have become more common than the good.

    Kizzy was wonderful. She provided guidance about my order and the order was perfect when I picked it up. She knew postal requirements and even apologized when the store did not sell a product I needed. She told me where I could find it. Kizzy is great and FedEx is fortunate to have her.

    I tried to order online but I couldn't pick up until 6:00pm but needed for a meeting my boss was going to at 11:00am. I called and the lady that helped me said, send it on over and I'll do it right away. That was greatly appreciated. Once there she showed me options of self-service if ever needed.
