She is compassionate, patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. She handles pressure with grace. At 5:45 pm, she was the ONLY employee in the building and she maintained her composure and professionalism with all customers- far better than I would have been able to do. I cannot say enough about her value to your organization!! I will be back solely because she is such a stellar employee!

If I had known I would be sent this survey and asked for employer names I would have gotten them. Good service these days is extremely rare but these 2 ladies restored my faith. They really did care about me and everyone else in their location. Their expertise was flawless. Congratulations to whoever hired them.

She made the best recommendations and ensured my paperwork reached its final destination. She was a great conversationalist and I felt beyond satisfied when I left.
