He questioned me on how I managed to get the box into my car, which is totally irrelevant and rude. I am 76 yrs old, recovering from surgery and am not supposed to lift heavy items. I should not have to explain my personal issues when coming to that store, which I generally use when shipping. He could use some customer relationship training in my opinion.
