    Team members are usually pretty awesome. Self-service options are usually great. Lately, one of the printers/machines has been getting stuck in a loop after I print a few pages, and has to be reset. That is really frustrating.

    The store experience was fine.I accepted the price of $74.82 for mailing a half oz letter,however.I was led to believe and was told it was one day delivery.Icalled my friend in Toronto the next night and she informed me that she had stayed home all day and no package. She called and was told it would be delivered the next day.Gthis was a rush for us but not for Fedex.I can understand and can sympathize with mitigating circumstances but it did put a hardship on us.
