    I was trying to send documents to a Government Department in the UK. They have a non-geographic postcode (BX9 1AS) without a street address. Your counter person in Hyannis took the time to look up how a courier needs to address the department in order to get through. Above and beyond. Much appreciated.

    I was very impressed with the Hyannis Office. I had to get an important document mailed to arrive by March 31. I was notified it arrived March 30. A great relief!

    It was a good experience. It was a Thursday and I asked if it was possible to have the package delivered by Saturday, and the female team member set it up. While the in-person experience was good and the team member was very helpful and friendly, I am entirely disappointed that my package still has not arrived at its destination. Despite signing up online for notifications, I have not received an update since Saturday morning, which stated that my package would arrive that day. Since then, I haven’t received an email or text with any information, which is extremely frustrating. I do not see myself using FedEx services ever again.

    I wish I could remember the woman's name who helped me. She was excellent and very patient trying to find way to help me send my package. She was great!!! (Friday, March 20, around 12:30pm)
