    I can’t say enough about how wonderful Michelle was to work with. She was very friendly and dedicated to helping fulfill my order. There were a number of challenges formatting the item I wanted to print - custom A5 size, I brought my own paper to print. No matter how many times a test print was unsuccessful she was tireless in her efforts to find a solution. She even walked me through what she was doing on the computer so I could see where the challenges were. I would have understood if she said I’m sorry, we can’t make this work, but that was never an option for her. While she was helping me, multiple customers came into the store, to whom she warmly greeted like an old friend and by their first name. She had me review a hard copy proof of my order and the proceeded to have the entire thing done and ready for pick up the next afternoon. Most of the time people are very busy and don’t have a lot of time to engage with you or get flustered when things aren’t straight forward. Michelle never got flustered, was incredibly kind throughout the process, going above and beyond to help fulfill my order and even told me she was going to speak with another team member to ensure that when I need to reprint next time it will be an even quicker process. I’m so appreciative of the time and care she took with my order. As a result, I’ll definitely go back to the North Attleboro store for office support and reprinting needs. Michelle was wonderful to work with, even talking about how great the other team members there are, and I was impressed with how she was able to greet customers walking in, assisting me with my order, as well as checking on other team members to ensure everything was continuing move smoothly for other needs. You can tell she enjoys what she does and takes pride in her work.

    It was clear, thorough, and I felt confident that my package would be handled with care. Peter was welcoming, professional, and helpful, both to me and when he had to step away for a moment to assist a deaf patron that he seemed to have developed a rapport with. My transaction was finished by a team member who was equally wonderful, but I was over the moon to see that level of accessibility made for other customers. It made me feel like this team really sincerely cares about their customers and that human connection.

    I felt very good because I was helped directly - given a safe place to sit down and the only thing missing was I needed a notary. This would be a great service to provide cause I had to go to a bank. The USPS does not have this service, either.

    Shelly went above and beyond with helping me size and ship our packages. She was very professional and courteous. I was very thankful that she was able to get me the most cost-effective method and our packages all arrived on time.

    The cost of shipping a package. It was ridiculously expensive! It was the first time I shipped with fedex and will probably be the last.
