Theresa carefully measured all dimensions of the box weighed the items . I requested using a Fed Ex box and Theresa measured and weighed once more. She detailed full shipping cost which included value of items. Theresa created a new shipping label and kindly asked me to proofread if carefully to be sure everything was correct. After transaction she asked me how my day was going. Theresa made my day. I entered the store frazzled and left with a smile! Thank-you!
