    Sandra went far and beyond in helping me with not only quickly processing package but I had a concern about a package that was shipped from the Lake Worth Beach, FL fed ex that never made it to its destination ! AND there was no direct phone number for customer service for this fed ex center. Sandra (gosh I hope I remembered her name correctly as she was amazing! Only female working in the store when I was there, she and a man , but she totally helped me! So she called the fed ex in Florida for me and we were able to get the tracking number from Elizabeth A. And Elizabeth A of the Florida Fed EX took my phone number and followed up with me as Elisabeth A didn’t have the reacting number to work with. Only the credit card used, the day it was sent and the exact time and location. She confirmed The package label was correct, Hilton Head Island in SC BUT the package was sent to someone in Georgia and signed for it. An M Allen I believe signed for it!!! So I am filing a claim with Fed Ex but if it weren’t for these two employees from to different Fed Ex locations, Massachusetts and Florida, helping me together, I never would have known what happened! They both went far above and beyond what I have ever experienced from any other shipping carrier… and they each are the reason our families rely on Fed Ex to get the job done. I am hoping now Fed Ex knows exactly where it was delivered… even with the correct address for South Carolina the package and it can be now be retrieved.

    She didn't really seem to understand how shipping works. I was at the store on Thurs , July 3, and I wanted the package delivered by Sat, Jul 5, and she told me that they wouldn't be able to pick it up until Sat because they were closed for the Jul 4 holiday, not realizing that it could go out on Thurs because outgoing packages hadn't been picked up yet

    The representatives at the Woburn, MA location are the best. I go to them even though there are closer FedEx locations to my home and office.

    I have been to this Federal Express office many times. The team member who helped me has helped me many times before he’s patient very respectful and very helpful. I comment to him when I left that he has a great deal of patience working through problems that we the customers present him with. he’s very respectful and polite and very knowledgeable. But I think the biggest issue is how patient he really is. He’s a wonderful employee and deserves a raise and a promotion. I wish I knew his name.

    I after making it clear that I needed my package delivered before COB 9/17, service rep. Considered several options and quoted me a $53 fee that guaranteed delivery by 9/16 between 5 and 8Pm (the receipt clearly displays this as Scheduled Delivery Date). Only when I checked the tracking status on the 16th did I learn that the package has been sitting on a warehouse 2 hrs. Away for days and will not be delivered to its FL destination until 9/19. I called the Woburn office and was told there was nothing they could fo to help other than give me an 800# to call. After NINE attempts resulting in a dead-end automated response system, I called the Woburn store again and demanded they do something more to help me. The customer rep. Then forwarded my call to a different number that finally connected me to a human being in the Carribbean call center. She promised to try to expedite the delivery today and call me with an update. I'm still waiting for an update. I PAID $73 to FedEx to insure that my package would arrive on time in perfect condition. This is a disgraceful failure on many levels: untrained staff quoting inaccurate information to a customer, horrible customer communications snd support systems, zero concern for the customer's rights or concerns.

    The team member was welcoming knowledgeable and very professional. This is in contrast to previous experiences I have had at the same location that made me switch to UPS. I am back now.

    I go to this location at least once a week to ship materials to my team. This past week, I shipped 16 different shipments to my team. I didn't have pre-labels or items pre-boxed. Melissa & Alex both truly went above and beyond to help me. I've been going to this location since September fairly regularly and can't tell you how amazing both of these employees are. This is the only FedEx where I've truly had stellar customer service. I will continue to go there to work with the two of them. They deserve the recognition from the FedEx leadership team for how they treat their customers.
