She apparently failed to list census codes necessary to clear customs so I was notified package was being held until these codes were provided. I found this process very confusing so called FedEx, they were of little to no help, so I finally contacted the Census dept and they were very helpful. With the cost of shipping, the least I would have expected is that she would have known how to process this. The delay resulted in my son running out of the prescribed meds in the shipment.
