    I was served by the store manager, whose name I believe is Ghulia, and she was excellent.

    Package was being shipped to the UK and contents were accurately described to the female agent. She apparently failed to list census codes necessary to clear customs so I was notified package was being held until these codes were provided. I found this process very confusing so called FedEx, they were of little to no help, so I finally contacted the Census dept and they were very helpful. With the cost of shipping, the least I would have expected is that she would have known how to process this. The delay resulted in my son running out of the prescribed meds in the shipment.

    There was only one employee. I had about 10 people behind me. Felt pressured as my transaction was taking a long time. Employee entered a value of $100 dollars for a photo album when I told him $25. Didn’t catch it on the screen.

    The cashier was nor very friendly nor helpful. She didn't greet me. She simply said you can put your packages on the counter. Usually the customer service at this location is better. She did not thank me either. I understand that people have bad days but at least she could have tried to be helpful and friendly.

    So sorry I didn’t make a note of the young man’s name who assisted me. Hopefully, you can identify him from the transaction paperwork. He should be complimented on and recognized for his professionalism and courtesy. He is a FedEx employee that represents your company extremely well.
