    Very bad experience the guy at the front desk was very arrogant and not helpful. I just got annoyed and will never use FedEx in future. I will better go for UPS or USPS

    I couldn’t open the file that I brought in on a thumb drive, but they stuck with me and used the hard copy. They told me it might be a little bit blurry, and it was just a little bit. Everybody was polite and had a great attitude.

    I would give this store top rating for EVERYTHING, for one exception, beyond what staff could impact. The ONLY issue was BIG problem getting home due to MTA bus service that was delayed by 90 minutes! I have 4 broken bones in the toes of my left foot, so the delay was excruciating. Thus, it would be easier for me to reach your retail location if you had one easily accessible on foot to Canton Crossing shopping center. That said, staff provided superlative service. God bless him! Recipient of package was also delighted. Thanks for a 100%+++experience, except for location, and best wishes for every future success!

    The staff is this location is just plain lazy. They were more worried about talking to a young woman at the desk rather than focusing on customer service. I work for a large publishing / Ed tech company and have used FedEx whenever necessary. Typically when I walk into a FedEx, customers are greeted and asked what are you looking for. Very limited conversation after asking for assistance and, even when asking if they had a pen, which were not readily available, it was almost as I was a bother to the staff. Sorry to say that this visit fell way short of the level of service that I have received from FedEx in the past. Maybe it was the location but retraining the staff to understand that they are representing a brand that has been long tested might be needed. Additionally, customer service skills may be reviewed and that a young lady at the front counter shouldn’t distract from assisting corporate customers.

    I specifically ordered a poster to be printed on 36x48 paper, but it was printed on 36x72 paper and was scaled to fit, so the writing and images were very stretched out. It was really embarrassing to have to present this poster at a national conference. I’m honestly livid.

    I've sent weekly projects to the Charles Street team for a few years now and I've never once had an issue. The team is always friendly and willing to help with whatever request (some last minute) I have. They've played a huge part in our team's success!

    Great work with the customers. Beautiful smile. I was having problems at self service and the lovely Mira walked over and helped me without me asking. She could definitely be a manager one day! Cheers to Mira!
