    I have been using this office for years to print everything I need for parties and events. In my recent order, they told me envelopes were included. I went to pickup and not only was that not true, but they didn’t have that size in store so I had to order online and delay my invitations. Then they didn’t honor their displayed current promotion of a discount on $100 or more on printing. And while Bryan was apologetic for not giving me correct information, the manager was rude and did nothing to help me resolve it. I had to use a different printing vendor to complete my invitations. Certainly wasn’t worth $150 to not get what I needed.

    The prints turned out great. We printed multiple different items such as large signs, individual name cards, table numbers, and more. They’re for our wedding and we’re very excited to show them off.

    I am always so impressed with the professionalism and helpful nature of the staff and management team at the FedEx Bel Air location. However, they went even more above and beyond this time and I am truly appreciative! I had an order to place that I needed by the next morning but, I was having computer issues and didn't get the documents to the store until about 10 minutes before they were scheduled to close. Despite this, they turned the order around for me quickly and even stayed past closing to assist. The tall, friendly lady who helped me was the manager. And my husband came in earlier that day to pick up signage for me. I believe one of the assistant managers helped him and she was great, as well. In times where many people do not provide good customer service, it is always refreshing to come to this location where service is ALWAYS exemplary! I use for both my personal and business needs and can't speak highly enough of the consistent, professional and kind service I receive there.

    The store was great, but the delivery was horrible. I paid $327 for an overnight package that took two days to get there and trying to get any money back blows my mind because the website is horrible. Customer service on the phone is horrible.
