Tyshawn went above and beyond the call of duty to locate the info concerning the 2nd return on the same emai. Had it not been for Tyshawn I would have not got my full refund that was due to me. It was near closing but Tyshawn did not make me feel rushed at all. As a 65 year old sr. not computer savvy I really appreciate her kindness, KNOWLEDGE, PATIENCE and professionalism. Tyshawn made the entire situation a breeze.

They were personable and friendly, and we were under a lot of stress and they did what we needed quickly and followed up to see if we needed anything further. I was expected a couple of FedEx packages and they were not there when I checked, and they tracked me down in the conference center to deliver them personally. It was a pleasure working with them and appreciate how easy they made it for us during our stay.
