I really had one of the best experiences. And the except part doesn't reflect on the worker wt all. It only on how things have genome. I had to make a return n the company at this point has told me I needed to pay instead of them giving a return label. And thus thing without the box would have been less then half of what it dud. N the prove from what I was expecting was much higher. Which I understand with how costs have gone up to match global inflation on top of the other problems im gonna address in love sermons. The employee was very very good. Just paying half of the item return was kinda took me back. I wasnt expecting such a high price for something so light. I could have just wrapped it a bag. I think the pricing by box size especially in this case kinda robbed. $40 soft squeezable like a pillow could have fit in something less the half size costimg$20 to return. It was just the box I had available. Any in general overall except price was a top mark experience. But FedEx is a top notch company. I trust them explicitly.
