    My store visit was great. The problem was when I modified the destination address very slightly online. What should have been an overnight delivery turned into four days, when the only change I made was the apartment number. I made the change less than an hour after submitting the package and read that it might take 24 hours, but it somehow took three days with no one reaching out to me. Very disappointing.

    I had three small print jobs for a wedding that I needed help with. The first associate that greeted us wasn't super friendly and I worried that we wouldn't get the help that we needed. But then James took over from her and he was great! It turns out that two of the jobs didn't easily fit into the print services offered in the store, so he gave us options for using tools online and sending the print jobs to the store that way. I really appreciated that he worked with us to figure out the best way to get us what we needed. And he left great notes for his colleagues so that all three parts were combined in one order that we picked up at the same time. Those who fulfilled the order the next day also did a great job and stayed in touch with me with questions so that everything was ready earlier than I needed.
