We received a QR code for returned merchandise through Walmart.com that we couldn't pack ourselves because of the size of return (parts for a trampoline with some poles being 6 feet tall). We thought we needed 3 QR codes because originally we had 3 boxes - 1 expertly packed by Hasan with the tall items and 2 we packed with the other stuff. Walmart.com refused to give us 3 QR codes. Hasan was so kind to talk to them for me and explain why we needed them even though the Walmart.com rep insisted we could use the same QR code for all 3 packages. Long story short we got a total of 2 QR codes. Hasan told us he had a box big enough to fit in the stuff we had in two boxes. He just took the boxes from us and said he would repack them. Therefore we could return this heavy merchandise in two packages. This was such a huge relief for me because we didn't know how we would ever get the return done because we didn't have boxes big enough to pack the trampoline parts. We tried working with Walmart.com to get boxes to no avail. We were pleasantly surprise that Hasan could help us. He was professional, courteous, helpful, etc. When I left I felt relieved like a big burden was off my back. I hope this all makes sense how Hasan went above and beyond to help me in what seemed like a hopeless situation.
