    I felt unwelcomed. At first i walked in and there was only one person working and a line. The team member seemed frustrated and said to me “its going to be awhile unless you come back in 30 minutes because i have more people coming in”. I was on a schedule so i just came back later. This time there was no line but i felt like i was unwelcomed again. In all honesty im a fedex freight employee and i cant imagine anyone speaking to a customer in those tones and general being unhelpful. I asked for my discount and she said i need my ID, thats cool so i went and got it from my car and after all that it turns out i wasn’t eligible for any discounts with the speed i selected. The team member should have knowledge of that before sending people away. There is a reason fedex scores so low on customer service

    Excellent service all around! I was from out of town with an ask for prints for the next business day. The lady I spoke with in the evening was knowledgeable, provided me clear instructions and even left a note for her coworker to start on my order right away the next morning. I received a call earlier than expected that my order was complete. When I arrived, Eric quickly assisted me and got me out of the door in less than 10 mins. Great experience, would recommend!

    The store visit was not the issue. It was the fact that right after I left the store, I received a message stating that the package would be delayed even though I paid for next day delivery. Then getting in touch with someone on the phone once I received the message was near impossible. Then the "supposed supv" placed me on a long hold then hung up on me and I couldnt get back to the person. Everyone seemed very nonchalant about the issue I was having and did not seem to care at all. At first, they kept placing me on hold and eventually hung up on me a few times. You need better training and easier options to get to people that care. This is not the first time I have had issues with fedex delivery.

    I wish I remembered his name. He was excellent at his job, I even told him. I was in a hurry and he made my experience fast and was accurate and very friendly. Excellent customer service!

    I wish I could remember his name. He was so very kind and helpful, polite and understanding my confusion. He sensed my anxiety and spoke calmly and softly as I struggled with the technology. He was an absolute blessing. All I remember is that he was a 40 something black gentleman with sparkling eyes and a big smile and rich vocabulary. I was overjoyed and overwhelmed with how much he cared about my small problem on a Saturday afternoon, even promising me he would hold the driver so he could load my delivery.
