    The store I visited was the 6030 Greenbelt location. I’ve never had to go into the store to do any of this. 1st time. I expressed to the lady that was helping me that it was my first time and I felt awkward. She walked me through every part and gave me all of my options to send my mail. I’m really grateful for her she made everything easy !! Kudos she’s a keeper.

    I visit this store every month or so to mail business forms or, more often, personal packages; gifts to family and friends. It is always a pleasant visit. A friendly, helpful place. I always need help, which is always provided. They know me now and anticipate what I will need. The care is extraordinary and the cost is very reasonable. Always. Every employee there needs to be mentioned by name. I will be sure to do that next time.

    I was there to get some printing done for my church program. The manager Alif didn't have any decent customer service and was extremely disrespectful. He took his time in the back, purposely waiting for closing time, just to tell me he can't do any more job. He could have just had me do the self service and avoid the over the counter fee. I was so disappointed. As a healthcare compliance officer, this kind of behavior would require video footage and thorough investigation. Customer service is important and cripples an organization when employees treat customers with disregard. I believe this manager needs retraining.
