    She acknowledged me as she went to the left, told me she would be right with me. Walked by me again acknowledged me again with a smile then went behind the counter and asked the woman who was to my left and slightly behind me if she could help her? The woman told her I was there first which was clear. I am a black male and the woman was a white. It was so blatant and in fact her coworker was the one who helped me after saying I can take you right here sir. She apologized but it was clear what happened. Wasn’t going to make a big fuss about it but I got this survey from you all.

    The associate sent the package back to my address instead of the shipping address, when I went back with the packages to have it corrected the team would not give any discount on the shipping costs after I already paid $55.20 shipping cost an it was the associates fault,so it cost me $72.34 to have it shipped out the right way. Their excuse was I was told to look at the screen an check the information before I paid. I don't understand why I would pay 55.20 to have something shipped to myself it seems ridiculous to me. I started using FedEx because it is closer to my property but now I will go to UPS never had an issue with their service

    We are printing labels for our antique sales business. Staff was very helpful and provided suggestions to enhance our labels appearance. We will be returning for more business labels soon.

    My dad took my purse into FedEx to be shipped to me since I left it at home. The team member assisting my dad went through the entire purse. Every pocket and every personal item in the purse. This is a complete violation of privacy and completely uncalled for and unnecessary. I have shipped numerous items through different shipping companies and never have they ever gone through my items.

    I received no help from corporate and corporate's customer service hung up on me but SASHA saved the day in the nicest most PROFESSIONAL way possible. She went so far above the call of duty that she should be given employee of the month

    We were returning 2 chairs,in separate boxes,to Wayfair. Wayfair informed us we could return both items with 1 return label.Finding that was not the case and with no help from Wayfair,Sasha stepped up and went above and beyond to resolve the issue,allowing us to return both packages. Sasha is a great asset to your company and provided exceptional customer service. Thank you Sasha and FedEx.
