Walked by me again acknowledged me again with a smile then went behind the counter and asked the woman who was to my left and slightly behind me if she could help her? The woman told her I was there first which was clear. I am a black male and the woman was a white. It was so blatant and in fact her coworker was the one who helped me after saying I can take you right here sir. She apologized but it was clear what happened. Wasn’t going to make a big fuss about it but I got this survey from you all.

Their excuse was I was told to look at the screen an check the information before I paid. I don't understand why I would pay 55.20 to have something shipped to myself it seems ridiculous to me. I started using FedEx because it is closer to my property but now I will go to UPS never had an issue with their service

Every pocket and every personal item in the purse. This is a complete violation of privacy and completely uncalled for and unnecessary. I have shipped numerous items through different shipping companies and never have they ever gone through my items.
