    I just wanted to let you know that Lemiya (or LeMiya?) provided us absolutely EXCELLENT customer service--she really went above & beyond, providing a lot of individualized service, even being willing to stay late (after cloaing time) to complete my complicated task & did it really with my best interests in mind...LeMiya really deserves credit for being excellent at serving customers :).

    I was struggling with the self-service scanner and the team here jumped in to assist me and even helped me complete my scans. David and Caroline were an amazing help, saved the day as these had to be scanned in on time.

    Shelby provided fantastic customer service from start to finish with excellent turnaround time for an oder of 80 large format posters. A couple of the posters did have minor production flaws, but Shelby provided two extras to make up for it. There were also 20 posters that were inexplicably missing, but Shelby made this right in the span of just a few hours. Thanks again, Shelby, for all of your assistance! I appreciate you!

    I called Shelby in a pinch asking if she would be able to push through a print job and she delivered and helped us out! She also helped us out on a last minute change to a document after finding out we needed it printed in a different size. Very responsive and convenient process overall.

    Wow! What an amazing team! David triaged my project; Shelby executed the print; and Caroline helped set it up. Amazing! I dealt with Shelby primarily. She was wonderfully pleasant and was able to interpret the scope of the project and deliver a quality product. I am super pleased with the result. This location, store 5629, is a best-kept secret! I had no idea they were there and I LIVE at the Harbor! I am glad to have found them and will certainly be back.

    The entire team onsite was amazing and worked with us for over a week while we were onsite for our conference. David and Jardé were such a huge help in getting our 10 pallets of items shipped out. Everyone was so wonderful to work with, thank you so much!!
