After sharing what I needed, Alex helped me pack the box of items I needed shipped, very graciously explained why he needed to see the items being packed, explained why he was asking about liquids and/or alcohol-based items, etc., and even searched using his phone to get the ingredient content of the fragrance I planned to ship. Alex packed my items, routed it, and my package was received on time and in tact. Alex provided excellent customer service and I thoroughly appreciate his quality service! Thanks so much!
