I was handling the order for the teacher I help. She wanted a poster and we asked for paper but she got the first one of foam board and she did not want that. Then I went again, got 1/2 refund and the new poster. I was not shown the poster, it was put right in a bag. When we looked at it it was off-center. We trimmed it ourselves in order to avoid more dissatisfaction. A full refund of about $35 would help with this situation. Please call me or text at 412-720-9655 if that's possible.
