Last Friday I was advised that the billing has been incorrect the entire time and my monthly project should be 2x the costs. So that a 1 page (11x17), 4 impression document should be about $7 each. No printing company charges that much! Just go ahead and sell off the Kinko’s/copy print portion of the business. Each and every store leaves me feeling that shipping is the bread and butter and that is what staff come to work to do.
