I discovered the advantages of FedEx printing services a decade ago, and a few years later FedEx saved me by orchestrating a fast track renewal of my passport. Last week I finally gave up on my 70-year determination to remain a faithful customer of the US Postal Service. FedEx is much faster, more reliable, and much less expensive. But you already knew all that. What merits ongoing feedback and commentary from your expanse of customers is a sincere thank you for the user-friendly, unprecedented and unmatched human service you provide.

    I was waited on by an employee whose name tag said store manager. He couldn’t have been friendlier or more professional. He provided options for sending my package and made everything go smoothly. I will choose FedEx again due to positive experience.

    Mine was not a rush job and I was going to pick it up in the morning- the store called to offer a tube discount and I tried to call back to review with them but the phone would only allow me to leave a message. Because I could mot get through to the store I went back to the store about an hour later because I was in the area to discuss the call and the job was done- so I said great I will take it now- they said nope! You can take it now if you pay the up-charge RUSH fee- otherwise you can pick it up tomorrow. SUPER weird as the job was done- I didn’t ask for a rush but they obviously had the time to do it and did not have a ton of jobs pending. The manager should have had the ability/discretion to release the job to me at that point without the rush fee and not make me return to the store the next morning to pick it up- kind of silly and definitely not A++ customer service. That portion of my experience was definitely disappointing. The job was +|~ $200.

    Service at the store was excellent. The problem is I paid almost &100 for a package to ship overnight. I filed a complaint on day three. The package was still not delivered.

    Team member was very courteous and professional. My low rating reflects my dissatisfaction with a poor system, which is management’s responsibility. There didn’t seem to be a way for me to package my items myself so the team member did so. I was happy to pay the fee for this. However, the process was such that the items would be left on a counter until someone had time to pack them. I was mailing jewelry to my granddaughter and so wasn’t comfortable with having a valuable item left on a counter for later processing. The team member sensed my discontent offered to pack the item right away, however, the system itself leaves a lot to be desired. Also, my items were supposed to arrive Sunday but ended up not arriving until Wednesday and the tracking information about the package was vague. I had 4 sleepless nights awaiting delivery of this package.

    Dustin was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I he guided me and created just what I wanted. I did not have appointment and he was very efficient in helping others and me as well. I will go back to this location because of his service. Another location closer to my residence was not helpful that is why I made the effort to go to this location.

    I had unpleasant experience with an employee who identified himself only as Dustin, refusing to provide his last name. During our interaction, he was quick to anger, rude, and dismissive. He claimed he was a store manager, but in my opinion he lacks the patience, composure or interpersonal skills needed to be a successful manager.
