Then to full service for print service I was clueless to “how”. Ana easily created a solution while I rested in a chair enjoying the nicely conditioned air. Then at check out a camaraderie of staff -Tyler and Dennis and Ana- a shared chuckle or two, but professional: a welcome visit on the first too warm day of the year!

Thank goodness for the eye contact and the tone of voice of Jill, Dennis, Taylor, and Ana: each is an efficient and kind “one and done” task master for my printing needs. I first used self service, smiling as I heard numerous “perfect,” “great,” “ thank you,” you’re welcome,” “ you’re all set” from customers and staff. The self service work area was clean, organized, well stocked. Then I needed full service for an end product I could imagine but which Ana could. Then from Ana to Taylor to Jill to Dennis, a perfect end product and I went on our way. The camaraderie and cheer of this staff is great: a perfect blend of professional and personable skills.
