The wonderful staff professionally and compassionately responded to his utter lack of skills. I in the hospital rested without anxiety with complete trust in Jill, Taylor, Dennis, and Ana. Thank you.

    Self-service print items (machine clean and reliable, signage clear and well placed, alert staff reliable for problems). Then to full service for print service I was clueless to “how”. Ana easily created a solution while I rested in a chair enjoying the nicely conditioned air. Then at check out a camaraderie of staff -Tyler and Dennis and Ana- a shared chuckle or two, but professional: a welcome visit on the first too warm day of the year!

Thank goodness for the eye contact and the tone of voice of Jill, Dennis, Taylor, and Ana: each is an efficient and kind “one and done” task master for my printing needs.     Wow! I am now a pro at self service thanks to this amazing staff (Taylor, Jill, Dennis, and Ana. The self service area is great, always working smoothly, clear signage, spotless, well stocked. Excellent work cubby with its comfortable chair!

    I felt appreciated and welcomed. I first used self service, smiling as I heard numerous “perfect,” “great,” “ thank you,” you’re welcome,” “ you’re all set” from customers and staff. The self service work area was clean, organized, well stocked. Then I needed full service for an end product I could imagine but which Ana could. Then from Ana to Taylor to Jill to Dennis, a perfect end product and I went on our way. The camaraderie and cheer of this staff is great: a perfect blend of professional and personable skills.

    I went to the store to self service copy a carrot cake recipe using the work area to prepare my materials. I feel super about the experience because, reliably and delightfully, Tyler, Ana, and Denis were practiced, prepared, and present to “watch over me.”
