    Needed print materials for a wedding; was having a lot of problems with online services. Amanda was awesome, very knowledgeable and super competent. I was stressing out a lot regarding turnaround & sizing & double-sided printing, and her calm professionalism really put me at ease. I would absolutely do business with her again/would consider hiring her for my own business.

    The site was down and I was unable to order ahead. When I came in, the emails were not working so we resorted to sharing the files via a USB. Unfortunately, I did not check the prints before I left. When I arrived at my work conference, the 4x6 cards were misprinted and unusable. The employee who helped me was extremely patient and helpful. I just wish there was some way to fix the cards I paid for.

    There was an issue with my image file and Lena and Duane went above and beyond to help me sort it out. I appreciated the proactive communication, reaching out to tell me about the issue with the image. And they saved me from additional trips by providing the store's email to send the updated image file. The invites came out perfect!

    I may have arrived before 3:00 PM, but by the time I was done, it was just about 3:30. Lena was working alone at the counter. A line of customers was developing and meanwhile, calls were coming in and some callers wanted extensive information. I was having problems with a form needed to send my package, and so was someone else. Through all this, Lena was incredibly calm, patient and helpful. I was ready to give up, but she persisted until we were successful. She went above and beyond, and I am so grateful! I think there needed to be more employees working the desk.

    Had to ship equipment back to AT&T. Chris went over and above helping us getting things shipped back. Explained the process and took care of everything. She is like a wealth of knowledge. She should be the example that all the employees should follow.

    I purchased a label online on a Saturday to overnight a package by 8pm on a Monday. When dropping off the package at the FedEx Office, the associate told me that the package wouldn't arrive until Tuesday by 8pm because the express truck had already stopped at that location. I asked if I couldn't get the package there on Monday, could I change the shipping to at least get the package there any earlier in the day on Tuesday than 8pm (explaining that there were three options for Express shipping online and I had purchased Standard) and she said no. I found the associate very unhelpful. I understand that there is an Express shipping option I could have purchased to get the package there by 8am on Tuesday. I would have liked to have been given the option to pay more money in the store to get the package to its destination by 8am on Tuesday.

    Went to ship a gift. Calvin introduced himself and offered to help. He helped put package together. He was efficient and pleasant.
