The store is open until 7:00 on Fridays, however the team members did not think it was ok for me to drop packages off at 5:00. With 2 hours until closing I did not see this as an issue. There is clearly a lack of friendly customer service at this location.

Went to 2 FedEx locations but they couldn't do it because they did not have the tool to do it. 2bd location called store #0442 and told them I was coming because they had the tool to do it. Got there... they said their machine was down BUT Billy and Kyle said they could probably get the machine to work for such a small booklet. They did! And... because I drove a decent distance to get there, they did not charge me. I insisted I wanted to give them both props for helping me. THANK YOU, Billy and Kyle!!!
