    Overall good experience. Staff are cordial and helpful. There is no backup plan when a staff member is at a work meeting at the same time as a heavy flow of customers. Perhaps instead of first serve policy, with the remaining 2 staff members to have a package pickup line and a quick service line. I waited about 10 minutes or more for two oversized packages to be picked up and loaded.

    The young gal that waited on me was so nice. I was mailing a package to Canada and she first helped me on the phone and then in the Bay City, MI store. My package was filled with a lot of items and she was so patient and didn't get rattled when it was taking longer than expected. She was an excellent customer service gal and I really wish I could recall her name. I will definitely have her help me again if possible.

    Wrong street name, spelled wrong. Was supposed to be delivered Saturday then Sunday per customer service. Then did not get there til Monday and not at the time that was promised. Almost 14.00 to ship, totally dissatisfied.

    Store experience was good. However I was not notified that although I paid for overnight shipping. $178..there may be a delay due to weather. Now 5 days later. The package still has NOT arrived and your system wont allow me to check anything because apparently my account is now locked. I only just created the account to check the status and file a claim. What the heck!
