The certificates were beautiful accurate and well received!

They found it took the time found the paper and did a good job with Printing. However, as I prepared to drop it off at FedEx Office, I realized I left out part of what was to be sent and I had already sealed the bag. John was very helpful in assisting me with rectifying my mistake. Not only was he helpful, but he was also cheerful at 8am. Having employees such as John is very helpful for customers of FedEx Office. Keep up the good work!

Edmund went above and beyond to call me at home and let me know that the package I dropped off was not going to clear customs and helped me figure out what paperwork I did need. And when I returned a third time, he helped me package it all up and organize the paperwork as well as photocopy the amount of copies I would need for customs. I really appreciate this level of customer service.
