    I stopped in the store on my way to school knowing from past experience that if they weren't busy I could get a quick turnaround. Fortunately I got someone's attention right away and it was a simple job, 10 sets of three stapled groups of five or four pages double side black and white. The price for a surcharge for full service was posted but not the charge for the copies nor the same day surcharge which was more than the copies themselves. I was not given an estimate either. The job was done in a few minutes with the assistance of an experienced team member helping the trainee who had no clue what he was doing. When the job was done the initial billing was three times the correct amount. I pointed out that the team made member made a serious mistake in computation, which she corrected. But still the per page price was more than double self-service and they slapped on a same day charge which was not posted anywhere. I was in a rush to get to class with my materials so I did not make too much of a fuss and was grateful that I got what I needed even though I paid a whopping premium. I have been using this store for over 20 years and was satisfied with the product but disappointed with the billing, which took longer than filling the order.

    I went through the website to get an estimate but they never got back to me. I had to call and they said this was new for them (the process). I had to resend my file because they couldn’t open the original pdf I sent through the web site. Once they had the file it was smooth.

    Warren is very friendly. professional. courteous. helpful and hard working. My package 📦 was a awkward shape and he was creative on how to fit it and package properly into the box. He was patient and dedicated to making sure it was done correctly. It was expensive to ship and he was honest with me about my options on shipping it. He made my experience pleasant and stress free. He's definitely a key member of this facility. Please give him proper employee recognition for his good customer service skill set. He's the best!

    I always email my order in. I did so but did not get a call back so I called 3 days later and was told that I have to do it on line. I tried it, didn’t work for me so I went into the location the next day. One person was working!!!!! There were 4 customers in the send packing line and 3 at printing. When she finally came over to me she was in a very bad mood. I understand it’s frustrating to work alone and I expressed that to her but her rudeness continued. She said I was told to go online bc their e mail wasn’t working and she can print them but it’s going to be really expensive and take several day. Then her co worker came in with coffee. The prefer was ready before she said but we never spoke about the cost which I was supposed to approve before the printing. It was more than it had been in the past. I think I’m done printing there
