I realize there are certain limitations to what can be done there but surely SOMETHING can be done about it. Further, I think what I needed could have actually been accomplished on my own, but at no point did the person taking care of me seem prepared or actively engaged enough to consider what the best option was for me. I requested a heavier paper for my menu, but it remains unclear if I would have had that available to me if I had opted to use the self-serve printers. Also, the service fee for same day service is totally absurd.

I was able to provide video with the help of a employee Lauren at FedEx express downtown Detroit Michigan she went over and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed to prove to my clean my merchandise with Music. I was refunded in full in a few weeks due to the help of Lauren, she is super fantastic and deserves to be promoted her work at that goes over and beyond and exceeds her job title. She’s great all the way around I thank her so much for helping her dedication to customer service thanking you and thanking her again
